Ingredients: Organic white / wholemeal wheat flour (ALERGEN:GLUTEN) , organic rapeseed oil, salt, yeast. No enhancers, additives or preservatives at all. Warning! Very more-ish.
Our Wholemeal Flour is certified by the Organic Food Federation. Our White Flour and Rapeseed Oil are certified by the Soil Association. Note: Oil is not strictly necessary but gives a slightly softer crust and helps maintain freshness.
